Do not visit the gym if you are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
Wash or sanitize your hands when entering the gym and frequently throughout your visit.
Masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. If you are not vaccinated or feel more comfortable wearing a mask, mask up! Our staff will continue to wear masks until state and local health orders have been lifted.
- Rock Mill has limited occupancy to 50 people.
- NO loose chalk. Liquid Chalk preferred (dispensers are available throughout the gym).
- Drinking fountains will be closed – bring a refillable water bottle.
- Cubbies and lockers will be limited – bring all belongings in a bag and carry them with you throughout your visit.
- Yoga props and mats will not be available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All members, punch pass holders, and guests are permitted to visit Rock Mill.
If you intend to visit the gym before 5:30 pm on weekdays, you do not need a reservation to climb. During these hours only, our gym is open on a first come, first served basis. Our visitor capacity is 50 people, and you can find out how many people are currently at the gym at any given time by heading to our home page and viewing our live Occupancy Counter.
If you intend to visit after 5:30 pm on week days you will need a reservation. You can click here to make a reservation through our website.
We ask that each individual makes an appointment for him/herself only, plus any children attending as well.
Yes, we are currently providing shoe rentals. Just ask at the front desk!
Each reservation is for the entire facility, including the fitness room.
Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so through the RGPro app or give us a call at least 24 hours in advance to let us know.
No, you can visit the retail shop at any time during open hours.

Yes, the fitness room (including the tension board and all weight training equipment) will be available to you at any time on weekends and before 5:30 pm on weekdays, or within your reservation after 5:30 pm on weekdays.
Currently we are offering two in-person yoga class – on on Saturday mornings and one on Sunday morningsy mornings at 8am in the climbing hall. This class is capped at 15 people and we ask that you make a reservation ahead of time. All yoga guests are asked to bring their own mat and props and to wear a mask throughout the session.
Yes, children are welcome to visit. If you intend to visit after 5:30 pm on weekdays, please include any children in your reservation so that we can account for them in our overall gym capacity.
We understand that things are going to feel quite different at the gym as we take the necessary steps to alleviate risks of the virus. If you do not agree with the policies in place as we reopen, we want you to know that we respect your opinion, but we ask that you do not attend the gym until we can confidently lift the policies.
